In a move to bolster international collaboration, Panama’s President José Raúl Mulino met with Qatar’s Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, during the latter’s visit to Panama. The discussions centered on enhancing bilateral relations and exploring avenues for increased cooperation between the two nations.
