Qatar Airways has introduced the “Sky Studio Challenge,” a first-of-its-kind creative initiative powered by Starlink and developed in collaboration with Google. The project demonstrated that a full commercial can be created, produced, finalized, and uploaded during a single ultra-long-haul flight using the airline’s free, high-speed Starlink internet.
The breakthrough activation took place on November 17 aboard a Starlink-enabled Qatar Airways Airbus A350 flying from Doha to Atlanta on a 15-hour journey. Qatar Airways currently operates the world’s largest fleet of Starlink-equipped widebody aircraft, underscoring its push to redefine in-flight digital experiences.
